Genny Johnson was diagnosed with a rare form of chronic Leukemia, Myleofibroses and only a bone marrow transplant could cure her. After searching for a match, one was found from an unknown donor in Europe.
The transplant saved her life and now she is trying to help others by encouraging people to register to donate these life saving cells through an international registry.
Johnson says getting registered is simple and painless, and if you're ever selected to donate, she says that process has become much simpler.
